Context

The firm wanted clients to see the financial story without emailing spreadsheets, and everything had to look like the firm, not a generic dashboard that fights how advisers explain results and period closes.

Approach

We built from scratch with the firm on Google Cloud, wired Fortnox with idempotent sync, visible errors, and logs an auditor can read, and mapped metrics to the real chart of accounts so the screen matches what advisers sign off on.

Outcomes

Clients work in one branded experience for the metrics the firm cares about. The firm keeps evolving it without hiding behind someone else's product shell.
