The product surface had grown heavy: each release widened scope, and managers in the field struggled with the basics. We shaped Timply as Walter Media's own focused product for employee schedules and timekeeping, without trying to own every adjacent HR workflow in one screen.
Approach
We build and evolve Timply in house, keeping journeys deliberately small: publish schedules, record time, and give supervisors a clear picture of who is on shift. Retail floors, restaurant rushes, and renovation crews onboard quickly because the product stays honest about what it does.
Outcomes
Timply at timply.se now serves more than ten businesses across retail, restaurants, and renovation, with lighter weekly routines and room to connect payroll or other systems when a team is ready.
